Scott joined the iSphere team in August of 2012 as Director of Operations. Scott is constantly working in the background to improve processes, set goals, and generally ensure that nothing falls through the cracks on the operations side of the business – Visa’s, meetings, training manuals, Conference calls etc.
Scott’s 20 year career started in staffing, but has been spent primarily in the retail and franchising sectors ranging from large companies like The Limited and Wal-Mart to smaller regional companies in operations, sales, real estate, construction and small business consulting. He brings out of the box thinking developed while working for this variety of companies in three different countries to iSphere to ensure that peak efficiency is reached on the back end to allow the rest of the team to be focused on the needs of our clients.
