Being a “people person” can be a cliché. Unless you’re describing Julie. She spends her days happily getting to know candidates and helping them determine what they really need in terms of meeting their staffing objectives. By using her good instincts and 10 years of experience at iSphere, Julie is also able to search for and screen the best possible candidates. Then, it’s all about connecting the two halves of the equation.

With iSphere since its inception, Julie has personally been responsible for developing and servicing some of iSphere’s most loyal customers. Her attentiveness to customer requirements, timeliness of response, and solid interpersonal skills make her a highly effective and invaluable account manager.

What I love about my job: I love the people I work for. I respect the owners because they really do care about the consultants, the employees, the clients and the candidates. I, too, respect and enjoy my clients. I love it when I can help them find the best talent for their project or organization.

When I’m not working: When I’m not working, I’m doing the best thing in the world: just being with my five-year-old son.
